		<description>Good article Dave. "Hi Bobs" aren't any more effective than any other form of "normal" direct mail that's not personalized. I agree that 1:1 marketing has it's place and can be highly effective, but in order to engage the recipient the sender needs to think a little deeper than "Hi Bob".</description>
