Hallelujah!

I don't ever remember being this stressed. Our lives were much more compartimentalized. Work was work, period. Then dinner was dinner, TV time was TV time. Vacation was vacation time. Our lives didn't blend. This allowed us to "FULLY" engage in the experience. Now they do and it's almost impossible to wind down.

Practice discipline, the discipline to unplug. I'm still practicing!

I think a lot of people forget to unplug. It was my biggest fear when I got a smart phone. My phone is only a Nokia so I do unplug from it every now and then. You need to know when to say when. I even have hit my tipping point a few times.
