I'm fairly sure most of the small businesses I've been working with over the past several years aren't thinking about their online social networking in this manner. In fact, most seem a bit confused about where to go, what to do, what to say. It's as if this is something totally different from anything they've done before. Your questions regarding, "Where do you gather? Where does your social network meet? How do you interact?" are so relevant for everyone to think about.
