		<description>@kanter Good point -- interaction/engagement is always the ultimate goal; I see these ground rules as part of the process infrastructure you need to have in place to get to that goal. These are the means to an end. Thanks for sharing your feedback; will keep this point in mind as I work on future "how to" posts.</description>

It's about listening first, engaging, and conversation.   Yes, you'll have certain content points you want to get across, but if you treat social media the same way as one-way communication - you won't get results.</description>
